The Club Car DS Carburetor designed for FE350 engines is a intricately designed component with various potential issues. A dirty or missing air filter could lead to air intake clogs, while the choke valve may become gummed up over time. The venturi's narrow passage is susceptible to clogging, and the float assembly, composed of an arm and valve, is notorious for breaking, leaving the float aimlessly floating in the bowl.
