Warranty Details
RoyPow (USA) Technology Co., Ltd. (“Manufacturer”) warranties each RoyPow® branded battery sold by RoyPow or any of its authorized distributors or dealers in the United States (“Battery”) to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a duration period of 5 years, after the date of purchase, as evidenced by the original receipt (the “Warranty Period”).
If your battery fails due to a defect during the Warranty Period, you may obtain a free relevant after-sales maintenance service.
Any replacement batteries or accessories you obtain under this Limited Warranty must be identical or reasonably equivalent to your original ones.
The warranty replacement value (item price on proof of purchase) will start from the date of purchase and subsequently decrease at a monthly rate of 1.67% until the end of year 5 is reached.
Lithium batteries under normal use will provide you over 10 years of maintenance free service! While lead acid will last just 3-5 years based on how well you maintain the batteries.
SPECIAL NOTES:
- Please note that Batteries take 3 weeks or more to deliver. Because they ship via company truck deliver or LTL, they take longer than the normal shipments via ups/fedex.
- Once a order is placed and you wish to cancel, you will be charged a processing fee of 3.5% of the total amount of order. This is to cover the cost of credit card processing fee and labor fee.
- For LTL battery shipments, please be sure to inspect the item before signing the delivery receipt provided by the freight company. Damage must be noted at the time of delivery to avoid claim denial. Any damage claim that is submitted after the delivery receipt has already been signed will be denied.
- For all battery orders, a valid phone number must be provided. The carrier will contact you via phone to set up an appointment for delivery.

Missing a part but works good
I would have given this a five star rating, but the battery does not come with mounting brackets which will cost you $100 dollars if you can find them. Installation was easier than expected and I had no issues.
