To initiate a return, your original order number must be provided. We accept returns for exchange or full refund within 30 calendar days of delivery. After 30 days, exchanges or store credit may be offered at our sole discretion.

 To qualify, all returned items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition — showing no signs of installation, wear, or damage, and must not be a special-order or made-to-order product.If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. Defective items qualify for a warranty replacement or store credit, subject to inspection upon return.

 If an item was ordered in error or is no longer needed, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A restocking fee and the original shipping cost may apply if items are returned showing installation marks, missing components, or signs of damage. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

 Lithium Batteries: Due to the nature of electrical components, lithium batteries are only eligible for return if unused and in original, sealed packaging. Batteries that have been installed or activated cannot be returned. To start a return, contact us at:
