U.S.Battery Specifications

Deep cycle batteries need to be equalized periodically. Equalizing is an extended, low current charge performed after the normal charge cycle. This extra charge helps keep all cells in balance. Actively used batteries should be equalized once per month. Manually timed chargers should have the charge time extended approximately 3 hours. Automatically controlled chargers should be unplugged and reconnected after completing a charge.

Special notes:

1. Please note that Batteries take 3 weeks or more to deliver. Because they ship via company truck deliver or LTL, they take longer than the normal shipments via ups/fedex.
2. Once a order is placed and you wish to cancel, you will be charged a processing fee of 3.5% of the total amount of order. This is to cover the cost of credit card processing fee and labor fee.
3. For LTL battery shipments, please be sure to inspect the item before signing the delivery receipt provided by the freight company. Damage must be noted at the time of delivery to avoid claim denial. Any damage claim that is submitted after the delivery receipt has already been signed will be denied.
4. For all battery orders, a valid phone number must be provided. The carrier will contact you via phone to set up an appointment for delivery.
