This is a genuine Eco Battery accessory, part number A-4009: a short adapter cable that converts a standard IEC C14 connector (the same style used on most desktop computer power cords) into Eco Battery's locking Quick Connect charge port style.

It allows you to connect a standard C14-style charger cord into a cart wired for Eco Battery's Quick Connect charging system.

This pigtail is typically used when installing or replacing an Eco Battery lithium bundle where the charger uses a C14 inlet but the cart's charge port has been configured with Eco Battery's locking Quick Connect design, or vice versa. It bridges the two connector styles without requiring rewiring on either end.
