Heat Sink & Diode Assembly for Lester 36V & 48V Golf Cart Battery Chargers
This bolt-on heat sink and diode assembly is a direct replacement for the diode plate used in most Lester 36V and 48V golf cart battery chargers. It is compatible with a wide range of Lester charger models and fits 1995+ Club Car DS, 2004+ Club Car Precedent, and select Columbia and Harley-Davidson electric golf carts.
The diode assembly converts AC power into the DC current needed to charge the batteries, while the integrated heat sink dissipates excess heat generated during operation. If the diodes fail or the heat sink loses proper thermal contact, the charger may undercharge the batteries, overheat, or stop working altogether.
Designed as a direct replacement, this assembly fits numerous Lester charger models. To ensure compatibility, verify your charger's model number before installation. Because this is an internal charger component, installation should only be carried out by someone experienced in servicing electrical charging equipment.
