This is a complete, ready-to-use Lester Summit Series II charger, factory-configured with a Yamaha 2-pin DC output cordset already attached. Unlike the base charger unit, which ships with only an open terminal block and requires the plug to be selected and wired separately, this version is supplied as a direct plug-and-play solution.
It uses the same 650-watt, switch-mode charger platform found across the Summit Series II line, supporting both 36V and 48V battery packs from a single unit through Auto Voltage Mode.
The charger is compatible with wet/flooded, AGM, gel, and lithium-ion batteries and includes Bluetooth wireless connectivity through Lester's ChargerConnect app for monitoring charge status, managing battery profiles, and syncing charge history to the cloud.
The factory-installed Yamaha 2-pin plug and approximately 8.5-foot DC cord (listed as 9 feet in Lester's own service documentation) provide a direct fit for 48V Yamaha golf carts using the matching factory charge port, eliminating the need to source or wire a separate cordset.
