RoyPow (USA) Technology Co., Ltd. (‚Manufacturer‚) warranties each RoyPow branded battery sold by RoyPow or any of its authorized distributors or dealers in the United States (‚Battery‚) to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a duration period of 5 years, after the date of purchase, as evidenced by the original receipt (the ‚Warranty Period‚).
If your battery fails due to a defect during the Warranty Period, you may obtain a free relevant after-sales maintenance service.
Any replacement batteries or accessories you obtain under this Limited Warranty must be identical or reasonably equivalent to your original ones.
The warranty replacement value (item price on proof of purchase) will start from the date of purchase

Orders ship within 1–5 business days. Shipping rates vary by order and destination. We ship across the U.S., with additional charges for Hawaii and Alaska. For damaged, lost, or delayed orders, please contact us for assistance.

Most products include a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturer defects. Warranty terms may vary by product, especially lithium batteries and electrical components. Damage from improper installation, misuse, or normal wear is not covered.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be new, unused, and undamaged, with the original order number provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping on unwanted or incorrectly ordered items. Lithium batteries must be unused and sealed to qualify for return. Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders should be reported immediately.
